Possible causations:

• If the battery is not fully charged, if will not run properly. Charge the car adequately for 8-12 hours.
• Check the wheels and motors. Inspect the gears on the wheels and motors if they are functioning properly. If damaged, the car will not run accordingly.
• The car has a maximum weight capacity. If the user weight exceeds the recommended weight, the car will not run at full speed.
