Do the items sold in Voltz Toys come with a warranty?

Yes, our Limited Warranty applied to all physical products purchased from Voltz Toys. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Voltz Toys will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Please note our Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. For example, the physical damage of the exterior or internal part.
